LOM Labs is an Alberta corporation and the wholly owned subsidiary of L.O.M. Medical International Inc. (LOM Medical), a Delaware, U.S.A. company. LOM Medical owns all of the issued shares of LOM Labs.
LOM Medical has about 750 shareholders and 8,459,848 issued and outstanding shares.
